The 404 Nashville is a family-owned business founded in 2011 in the heart of Nashville. Our founder James "Jimmy" Walker set out to share the magic of Music City with the world.

Our name is inspired by the legendary Studio 404 on Music Row. Just as that studio hosted stars, we treat every guest like a star.

Today we host over 500 happy guests per year across 6 carefully selected villas.
