>> How do I make a reservation?

Fill out our Online Reservation form or call us at (615) 404-2011. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

>> What is the minimum stay?

Most villas require a 3-night minimum. Garden Retreat and Terrace Paradise require 2 nights. Coastline Villa requires 5 nights.

>> What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $50 subject to availability.

>> What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A 30% deposit is required at booking; the balance is due on arrival.

>> What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival. 50% refund for 15-29 days. No refund within 14 days. See rental terms for details.

>> Are pets allowed?

Small pets are welcome at Garden Retreat and Terrace Paradise for a $50 fee. Other villas do not allow pets.

>> Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes! All villas include free high-speed Wi-Fi. Login details are provided on check-in day.

>> Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, one-way transfer from Nashville International Airport (BNA) is $60. Request via the reservation form or by phone.
