1. Reservation Terms

All reservations made through The 404 Nashville Villa Rentals are subject to the following terms. By booking you agree to these conditions.

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
• Balance due on arrival by cash or credit card.
• Confirmation sent via email.
• Guest count must not exceed the booked number.

A $500 security deposit is collected on arrival. Refunded within 7 business days after checkout if the villa is returned in good condition.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Treat the villa and furnishings with care
• Respect neighbors -- quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• No smoking indoors
• Parties require prior approval
• Vacate by 11:00 AM on checkout day
